GROUP CLASSES

DUFF Training, is a complete, total body program which incorporates functional movements in a safe manner without risking injury. What separates us from other workout programs is our 6 exercise periodizations – Strength, Cardio, Supersets, High Reps, Splits, & Intervals. Every 4 – 5 weeks, we switch up the style of our workouts which keeps the body guessing and in turn, constantly changing. Our motto at DUFF is “Include everyone, exclude no one, fitness for ALL!”

Sorry to do it, but sometimes truth bombs just need to be dropped... 🤷🏻‍♂️

Those are the only two options with foods we put into our body, they are either good for you and therefore have properties that fight cancers, and other diseases that attack our bodies, or they are bad for you and therefore fuel those diseases.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing in between.

Make smart choices and put food into your body that is healthy, comes from nature, is not processed(or very minimally), is good for you, and helps your body to fight off all these diseases that are trying to harm us.

LOLOL have no life or are just an absolute beast and hit the gym twice a day!!!

Don’t forget, most high school and collegiate athletes will hit two a days as well! They need it to get to the level they are trying to get to, and their bodies can handle it while they’re young 💪💪

don’t forget if you’re doing two a days, to either split the body parts and/or muscle groups that you are using, or to focus on two entirely different styles of exercise while you’re there at the gym.

Besides that, get you some and don’t worry about what anyone else has to say! You’re not as creepy as the person in the meme... 😬😬😂😂

Sooo wonderful... I can do whatever I want... sooo many options, so much room for activities 🤣😂🤣

although sometimes theres something really nice about having some friendly “competition” in the gym, and seeing other people working really hard which helps motivate and push us to work even harder, there’s also something really nice about having the entire place to yourself and not having to wait on certain machines or dumbbells, and just being able to do your own thing without having to think twice about it.

This usually happens right around the holidays when people are out of town, sometimes early in the morning before a lot of people get up, and sometimes in the middle of the day. But whenever it happens it is a glorious moment.

Enjoy your workouts and your free space!!!

You want to lose weight? You want to get results? You want to actually enjoy your workouts? You want to be healthy? You want to have less diseases?

EAT RIGHT!!!

That’s all it comes down to. You have to fuel your body with PREMIUM, not with low grade garbage.

If you’re working your @$$ off in the gym and are not seeing the results you want, chances are you need to check your diet and eating habits in general.
