D.U.F.F., Duffy’s Ultimate Functional Fitness, is a complete, total body workout which incorporates functional movements in a safe manner without risking injury. DUFF workouts are ALWAYS different which keeps the body guessing and in turn, constantly changing. Our motto at DUFF is “Include everyone, exclude no one, fitness for ALL!”
