PERSONAL TRAINING

GROUP CLASSES

DUFF Training, is a complete, total body program which incorporates functional movements in a safe manner without risking injury. What separates us from other workout programs is our 6 exercise periodizations – Strength, Cardio, Supersets, High Reps, Splits, & Intervals. Every 4 – 5 weeks, we switch up the style of our workouts which keeps the body guessing and in turn, constantly changing. Our motto at DUFF is “Include everyone, exclude no one, fitness for ALL!”

Ok, so if you’re like me and have a tendency to snack while preparing dinner then you need to try this! Roasted Seaweed and basically nothing much in it, but I feel as if I’m eating chips (ok maybe not really chips but you get the idea). 😜

I don’t even think I’m really hungry while I’m making dinner, but feel as if I need to eat something. I opt for these gimMe Organic Roasted Seaweed sheets! @wholefoods.

Don’t knock it until you try it!

Exercise of the day: Prone Ring Knee to chest.

Very advanced and difficult motion. Do not try unless you are very comfortable with your upper body strength, and more importantly stability.

Primarily a core exercise that crushes the abs, but obviously a killer upper body workout as well, for a good full body burn!

If you can create this setup, give it a shot! Go slow and controlled, and do 3 sets of 15 reps each leg.
