GROUP CLASSES

DUFF Training, is a complete, total body program which incorporates functional movements in a safe manner without risking injury. What separates us from other workout programs is our 6 exercise periodizations – Strength, Cardio, Supersets, High Reps, Splits, & Intervals. Every 4 – 5 weeks, we switch up the style of our workouts which keeps the body guessing and in turn, constantly changing. Our motto at DUFF is “Include everyone, exclude no one, fitness for ALL!”

MONDAYS:

6:00am – 6:45am with Davis
9:00am – 10:45am with Davis

TUESDAYS:

7:15am – 8:00am with Anna @ Long Point Soccer Field
9:00am – 9:45am with Davis

5:30pm – 5:45pm with Davis

WEDNESDAYS:

6:00am – 6:45am with Davis
9:00am – 10:45am with Eli

THURSDAYS:

7:15am – 8:00am with Anna @ Long Point Soccer Field
9:00am – 9:45am with Davis

FRIDAYS:

6:00am – 6:45am with Davis

SATURDAYS:

9:00am- 9:45am with Andrew & Anna at the Long Point Soccer Field (bring a mat or towel, water and your ankle band).

Speaking of recovery in our previous post, I like to recover with some Vitamin D and some Vitamin Sea 😂 what about y’all?! What activity/non activity brings your mind and body to the absolute most place of Zen and relaxation that you can imagine? Is it a yoga class, sleeping on a hammock in the shade, foam rolling and stretching to some good music? Mine is absolutely going out on the boat, breathing in the fresh air, laying in the sun, and jumping in the salt water. Ain’t that the damn truth?! Don’t use your weekends as an excuse to sabotage all the progress you made during the week, that will result in you being on the never ending “hamster wheel” of fitness and nutrition. Reward your body for all the hard work it’s put in during the week and give it all the healthy nutrients it needs through continuing your healthy eating habits over the weekend. Exercise of the day: Bosu ball rope waves. Talk about supreme balance. Legs are working, arms are working, stabilizers are working HARD, and heart rate is up HIGH. You can do this with rope slams as well, and plenty other variations of rope exercises, medicine ball exercises, dumbbells, and more.
