GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

DUFF Training, is a complete, total body program which incorporates functional movements in a safe manner without risking injury. What separates us from other workout programs is our 6 exercise periodizations – Strength, Cardio, Supersets, High Reps, Splits, & Intervals. Every 4 – 5 weeks, we switch up the style of our workouts which keeps the body guessing and in turn, constantly changing. Our motto at DUFF is “Include everyone, exclude no one, fitness for ALL!”

DUFF

The phrase “food prep” to me sounds so time consuming and stressful. No one has time to cook all day on their Sunday to prepare food for their week nor do a lot of us want to!
I feel we over think our healthy meals and snacks! It’s really not hard. Make it simple and easy! Basically meats, veggies, fruits, and simple carbs.

Here I made a healthier version of chicken salad. Shredded chicken (tip: buy a rotisserie chicken take the skin off and shred it.), grapes, celery, sliced almonds and a healthy version of mayo. Put this on greens or on a piece of Dave’s Killer Bread thin sliced. SO YUMMY!

Second part is just ground turkey with my favorite Costco spices (garlic and no salt spice). Then throw it on top of cauliflower rice stir fry. I usually have some meat leftover to put on a salad or 2 for a nice lunch!
All of this, maybe, took me 20 minutes at most and will last me all week for lunches and or snacks! Contact us for more meal ideas!
