Brandon was born and raised in the small town of Liberty, South Carolina. Brandon’s love for fitness and nutrition began when he read Bruce Lee’s ‘The art of expressing the human body’ at the age of 14. A multi-sport athlete at a young age, Brandon decided to focus on wrestling in high school. Trying to gain weight in the off-season and cut body fat during the season, he developed some unhealthy eating habits along the way. Reading and implementing every piece of information he could get his hands on, he did many of the wrong things before he found what was effective. In 2012, he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston. In college, Brandon spent three years working as part of the Sport’s Performance/Strength department with swimming, baseball, dance, and volleyball. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and is currently pursuing a degree in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. Brandon believes in a no non-sense, balanced approach to nutrition, using the formation of habits to produce long-lasting results. He applies these principles of nutrition and fitness with clients to achieve optimal results. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, Ally, strength training, cycling, Clemson football and playing FIFA.

Zach Farris, USAW CSPC, B.S. Exercise Science.
Zach is a certified USA Weightlifting and Sport Performance Coach. Zach’s fitness journey started at the young age of 7 with peewee baseball! However, his interest in fitness, health, and strength really developed from his school sport years in football and track. This interest and love came from the fact that Zach never had a truly knowledgeable strength coach, being that he was from the small town of Campbellsburg, Indiana (that of which consisted of 750 people). His passion stems from the fact that he wants to make sure others are trained efficiently, effectively, and without further injury!
Zach’s training career started in 2012 during his time in college at the University of Louisville, where he worked with students on their fitness, health and wellness, and life goals and earned his degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology.
Zach then, became a USAW coach. He coached athletes young and old, as he took an athlete to a state competition and lead him to a bronze medal in 2015, and gold in 2016. He also is a competitive Olympic Weightlifter, winning 1st in his weight class in 2 state meets and setting a state record in the snatch at 211.2 lbs in the -69 kilo class. Over the past 6 years Zach has coached group classes, one on one clients as young as 7 to as old as 95! His passion and his style of training revolve around functional lifts and movements, tailoring each and every workout to the individual’s needs, ensuring they move well for the entirety of their lives.
Regardless of your goal and needs, Zach makes sure you love and enjoy each workout!
His motto and mission is to create the best version of one’s self, and to provide you with tools for longevity in life.
