GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

DUFF Training, is a complete, total body program which incorporates functional movements in a safe manner without risking injury. What separates us from other workout programs is our 6 exercise periodizations – Strength, Cardio, Supersets, High Reps, Splits, & Intervals. Every 4 – 5 weeks, we switch up the style of our workouts which keeps the body guessing and in turn, constantly changing. Our motto at DUFF is “Include everyone, exclude no one, fitness for ALL!”

6:00am – 6:45am with Steve
9:00am – 9:45am with Anna

12:15pm – 12:45pm with Eli

TUESDAYS:

7:15am – 8:00am with Anna 
9:00am – 9:45am with Andrew

4:30pm – 5:15pm TEEN DUFF (ages 12-15 boys & girls) with Steve

5:15pm – 6:00pm with Steve

WEDNESDAYS:

6:00am – 6:45am with Steve
9:00am – 9:45am with Anna

12:15pm – 12:45pm with Eli

THURSDAYS:

7:15am – 8:00am with Anna
