PERSONAL ASSESSMENT
On your first day, we’ll take you through an in-depth fitness assessment which includes biometrics, kinetic chain analysis, and several functional movements to properly determine muscle imbalances and areas of concern.
CUSTOM PROGRAM
Once we know your goals and starting point, we’ll create an program designed to achieve results fast: weight loss, lose body fat, increase lean muscle, improve your 5K time, or simply be fitter, healthier and stronger.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Unlike our group training classes which have set times, we can work within your schedule to find a time that works for you.
